"bored with gw" threads seem to popup fairly often.

a mod should sticky one of these threads with a list of suggestions from forum members.

I've been playing over 2 years and my interest comes and goes. I love the game, but I love it best when I'm not beating myself over the head with it. I think the game is one that just appeals to different people differently. I'm just starting to get bored, but then I think of something else to try and that'll suck me back in. Some people have this happen, but others just lose the interest. Don't force it - love it when you love it, do something else when you don't. I found that a run through Mass Effect really helped me feel better when I came back to GW. It broke my endless farming cycle and got me back to remembering what it's like to just PLAY a game. I play Tabula Rasa for the same reason. Variety is the spice of life.

If you're bored, and you really can't come up with something you can do to keep yourself busy all on your own, I think you need a break. It's not likely anyone is going to give you a suggestion that you probably haven't read already on the forums or that didn't occur to you.

Are you part of a guild, maybe helping other ppl with their quests, or find something you like doing, like runs, dungeons, chest run, fff and charge for it...things always seem more interesting when money is involved.

start playin gvg.. that the only thing that is really fun in Gw

be able to speak to eachother during the matches (or any time) will rise the funness with like 200%.

dont have to be serious gvg at all, its not all about winning

I've been playing for 35 months. When I get bored of GW, I take a break and play something else. I took a 4 month break and came back in December because I wanted to try it again, and I loved it like I had before. I was starting to get bored a few days ago, but decided to get the Guardian title on my Monk, and am having fun and enjoying it again. My sugestion is either take a break or find a title you actually enjoy getting and go for it.

We're in the same boat and I'm totally done with the game now, but you could do hard mode and the elite areas. That's the only reason I started playing again was to Ursan through them for entertainment, I can't even do that now so wait until Guild Wars 2 is out or find another game.

Guild Wars is a game made for teamplay, everything in the game will be boring if you play alone.
I'm in the same situation in Guild Wars, done many things and now I'm bored of it, I play another game and come back later.

i played 26 months im bored i also class my self as retired almost but ventrilio and headset + mic makes guild wars worth visiting i also recommend taking a look at age of conan i know thats my next game if i can keep up the cost.

I don't think most games were supposed to be played that much but hey the warnings aren't very good. You have been playing for 168 Hours Please Take A Break.
Also Age of Conan seems to be grabbing allot of players all around i think i will have to get it some friends are buying too.

Get 100% completion on gw or buy some new games, dark crusade (DOW) is fun.

PS: Avoid AoC like the plague, its not gonna last long.
